Lifetime workmanship warranty (from BCI)

This covers how your roof was installed. Most roof leaks are not caused by bad materials, they are caused by bad installation: flashing, fasteners, valleys, and penetrations done wrong. Our lifetime never-leak workmanship warranty is our promise that the work was done right and will stay watertight. If a covered installation issue ever causes a leak, we come back and make it right.

40-year limited manufacturer warranty

The roofing materials we install carry a 40-year limited warranty from the manufacturer covering defects in the product itself. Between the two, your roof is protected by the people who made the materials and the people who installed them.

From the day I contacted them to the final day of installation they were right on point with everything. Everyone was so nice and personnel. Anytime I contacted Mark if he did not answer,  left a message. He got right back to me within a reasonable amount of time. He answered all of my questions and did everything I ask on the roof. BCI METAL ROOFING. Called atleast 5 other commercial roofing company’s for an inspection of our commercial building (Biophil Natural Fibers)so we could renew our insurance policy, and not one company showed up. I know it wasn’t a big payday “cost wise “since it was just  an inspection , but it was very urgent as to get our policy renewed. Thankfully Mark was gracious enough to come and inspect our 100,000 sq ft roof and gave a report that I was able to submit to our policy holder.

We are building a replica of the original 1900s home that was on our farm. We wanted a galvanized standing seam roof. Standing seam for the performance, galvanized for the old look. Marks crew not only did an amazing install job, but they were also a pleasure to be around and work around. Mark, the owner, is an honest business man in the world of wheelers and dealers. What the warranty does not cover

Storm damage goes through insurance

We believe in being straight with you. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, and the manufacturer warranty covers the materials. Neither one covers storm damage, hail, fallen trees, or other acts of nature, that is what your homeowner’s insurance is for. The good news is that BCI handles storm and insurance work too. If a storm damages your roof, we inspect it, document the damage, and work with you through your insurance claim to get it repaired or replaced correctly. As a FORTIFIED-credentialed contractor, we can also build to the IBHS FORTIFIED standard, which is designed to help roofs better withstand severe weather.
