Here is something that sets a BCI shingle job apart. A roof tear-off creates a lot of falling debris, and most of it lands wherever it wants unless the crew plans for it. We do not work that way. Before we start, we set up oversized tarps to shield your siding, windows, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaping from falling shingles and debris.

It keeps the mess off your home and out of your yard, and it makes cleanup thorough and easy. When we leave, your property is clean, and the only thing you should notice is your beautiful new roof. From the day I contacted them to the final day of installation they were right on point with everything. Everyone was so nice and personnel. Anytime I contacted Mark if he did not answer,  left a message. He got right back to me within a reasonable amount of time. He answered all of my questions and did everything I ask on the roof. BCI METAL ROOFING. Called atleast 5 other commercial roofing company’s for an inspection of our commercial building (Biophil Natural Fibers)so we could renew our insurance policy, and not one company showed up. I know it wasn’t a big payday “cost wise “since it was just  an inspection , but it was very urgent as to get our policy renewed. Thankfully Mark was gracious enough to come and inspect our 100,000 sq ft roof and gave a report that I was able to submit to our policy holder.

We are building a replica of the original 1900s home that was on our farm. We wanted a galvanized standing seam roof. Standing seam for the performance, galvanized for the old look. Marks crew not only did an amazing install job, but they were also a pleasure to be around and work around. Mark, the owner, is an honest business man in the world of wheelers and dealers. Mark and I had a miscommunication that we recognized half way into the project and Mark stood by his word.
